Representing Heateflex Corporation, Jorge Ramirez, attended SEMICON China held from March 14-16 in the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Heateflex exhibited in the booth of SCH Electronics Co. Ltd., the company’s distributor for the China and Taiwanese markets. Products showcased included the latest model of the Aquarius deionized (DI) water heater, as well as the HC In-Line Fluid Heater, designed for heating aggressive acids and chemicals used in semiconductor manufacturing. Heateflex has been the leading fluid heating equipment provider in the semiconductor manufacturing industry for over 40 years.
The Aquarius heater features a beautifully upgraded PLC screen with further options to help users automate their processes. Moreover, the unit has been redesigned to run more powerful than its predecessors. The HC In-Line Fluid Heater also received a new redesign to easily integrate into a user’s existing application. With an all-PFA design, the heater has a special design fitting that eliminates threads and reduces the use of O-rings.
This year marked the 30th anniversary of this regional show, which has become the largest attending semiconductor equipment industry event. According to SEMI trade association, China’s market represents strongest semiconductor capital equipment growth potential in 2018 and 2019.
