PCT manufactures a wide range of transducer assemblies for critical cleaning applications, offering both submersible modules for retrofits and custom bulkhead-mounted units for new or existing tanks. Available in Halar or Tefzel-coated aluminum and stainless steel, these assemblies support frequencies from 450 kHz to 2.2 MHz and are compatible with a variety of process tanks and constant-temperature baths. PCT’s multiplexed technology enables flexible mounting—such as vertical sidewall installation—for larger substrates or complex geometries. Assemblies are offered in standard wafer sizes (100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm and 450mm) as well as custom configurations.
