Pneumatic Drain Valves
iPolymer Drain Valves are large-orifice valves capable of handling large volumes of corrosive fluids via an all nonmetallic wetted surface. Primarily used for quick draining and filling of process tanks which contain mild solutions or DI water. For cost efficiency, this valve is fabricated from PVC or Polypropylene. However, it is available in PVDF or PTFE, with FKM (Viton Eq.) O-rings. This valve is also available in 2, 3, and 4 way configurations with each port operating independently. Drain Valves can be operated either by air to open/air to close or by spring return. Either operating method can be specified in the ordering format. Custom configurations available.
