In addition to our standard fitting line, iPolymer can custom manufacture fittings to your exact sizing and configuration requirements with an exceptionally quick turn-around time.

Materials of Construction
- Fittings and Ferrules are machined virgin PTFE
- Two-piece Ferrule-Gripper assemblies are PVDF
- “HA” style Nuts are molded PVDF
Pressure Ratings
- Temperatures at or below 22ºC (72ºF): 120 psi for 1/16” fittings linear decreasing to 80 psi for 3/4” fittings and 60 psi for fittings larger than 3/4”<//li>
- Temperatures elevated from 22ºC (72ºF) to 85ºC (185ºF): 90 psi for 1/16” fittings linear decreasing to 60 psi for 3/4” fittings and 40 psi for fittings larger than 3/4”
- Contact factory for temperature ratings above 85ºC / 185ºF
Pressure performance ratings are based on laboratory testing, industry standard material characteristics, and historical data. A combination of extreme temperature and pressure may affect these products. The user is responsible for verifying the suitability of these products for their application.
