개요

행정비 변환기는 (CPT-1) 기존 장비에서 펌프를 대체 할때 사용. The CPT-1 operates a White Knight pump at its optimal cycle rate and scales its operational cycle rate to that expected by the tool. The CPT-1 manages cycle rate errors and eliminates steady-state cycle rate alarms. It can be configured for various systems.

시스템 준비 작업

The CPT-1 maintains two separate communication loops. It operates the pump and calculates its cycle rate, and it scales the cycle rate and communicates the scaled cycle rate to the tool. CPT-1 operates in either end-stroke-detect or end-stroke/oscillate modes. It supports all White Knight high-purity pumps.

통신

Setup controller using a Windows computer via a standard RS-232 communication protocol or a 10/100 Base-T Ethernet port. It supports automatic IP Address assignment over DHCP Network.
