White Knight Cycle Rate Translators

Optimize pump operation & scale cycle rate to tool algorithm

White Knight CPT Cycle-Rate Translator

Cycle rate translators (CPT-1) enable pump replacements for existing tools. The CPT-1 operates a White Knight pump at its optimal cycle rate and scales its operational cycle rate to that expected by the tool. The CPT-1 manages cycle rate errors and eliminates steady-state cycle rate alarms. It can be configured for various systems.

Features & Benefits

  • Customizable cycle rate scale
  • Simple Plug-&-Play integration
  • Industry standard protocols
  • Software interface simplifies system setup
  • Quickly switch between operation modes
  • Compatible with White Knight bellows pumps
White Knight One-Year Warranty
CE Certification Mark

The CPT-1 maintains two separate communication loops. It operates the pump and calculates its cycle rate, and it scales the cycle rate and communicates the scaled cycle rate to the tool. CPT-1 operates in either end-stroke-detect or end-stroke/oscillate modes. It supports all White Knight high-purity pumps.
