Heateflex partnered with Hugle Electronics at SEMICON Japan held from December 13-15 at Tokyo Big Sight Convention Center. The company exhibited the latest Aquarius system for heating deionized water, designed to exceed the most recent SEMI S3 standards for process liquid heating systems. The new Aquarius includes a number of safety and convenience upgrades, as well as an improved operator interface. Heateflex also showed off its line of acid in-line fluid heaters, with models designed for both mild and aggressive chemicals, and featuring all-fluoropolymer wetted surfaces.
SEMICON Japan is the longest-running semiconductor manufacturing trade show in Asia, and historically draws attendees from across the continent. The show featured zones dedicated to front-end-of-line manufacturing (process equipment), back-end-of-line manufacturing (packaging), and materials & components, as well as specialty pavilions focused on the Internet of Things (the “World of IOT”) and start-ups (“Innovation Village”).
