Imtec is pleased to announce that we have completed an agreement to be the exclusive distributor of Fit-One High-purity PFA Fittings and Fluoropolymer Tubing for North America. Fit-One products are manufactured in Taiwan by Bueno Technology, a 46 year old manufacturing company with over 750 employees at 3 discrete manufacturing facilities.
The Fit-One technology was developed in Japan by veterans of the PFA fitting industry who wanted a fitting that could withstand high temperatures and pressures, but also be easy to install/tighten and be re-usable. All Fit-One products are manufactured in clean rooms using the highest purity PFA resins using ISO 14000 standards. A full line of tubing and fittings is available in inch and metric sizes as well as a complete line of installation tools and accessories.
For customers currently using Pillar, Entegris, or similar products, we believe we can provide you with a product as good or better at a lower price and with fast delivery. Imtec’s goal is to be able to provide fast response to the industry and avoid the product shortage problems that other manufacturers have experienced.
For OEM customers we believe converting to the Fit-One line will require little effort as the installation process is similar to what they are likely using and the design of the fitting eliminates the need for special torque tools that are required with some other products.
For our end user customers with Asian manufactured wet process tools, you may already have Fit-One fittings as they are widely used by major OEMs. If so, Imtec will be your source for replacement parts or any parts that you may need for equipment retrofits or modifications.

We will be happy to share with you all specifications and exhaustive test data on the fittings as well as supply samples for evaluation.
