概要
ATシリーズポンプは、世界初の金属を全く使用していないPTFE/PFA製ポンプで、コンスタント又は熱循環アプリケーションにおいて最高210°Cの温度で薬品を分配供給することができます。 これらのポンプは、1年の保証期間にわたって安全で確実な連続運転を保証しています。 これらは、最高供給圧力4気圧（60 psi）で動作可能です。 Tこれらのポンプは、各々最高流量20、40、及び110 lpmで動作するAT50、AT100、及び AT300HD 3種類のモデルで提供されます。
