White Knight Announces Acquisition of PTC Systems
Kamas, Utah (August 26, 2024) – White Knight Fluid Handling Inc., a subsidiary of Graco Inc. (NYSE:GGG) announced today that it has acquired the business of PCT Systems Inc. (PCT), a California-based manufacturer of high-purity fluid handling solutions with more than 35 years of experience.
Headquartered in San Jose, California, PCT’s team of dedicated engineers and manufacturing craftsmen are experts in a wide variety of quartz and high-purity polymer fabrication serving a broad spectrum of industries, including Semiconductor, MedTech, Remediation, Advanced Optics, Glass, and Additives. The company offers heated process tanks, megasonic cleaning systems, megasonic generators, transducer assemblies, and custom tanks in stainless steel, plastics, and quartz.
