PSH Series pumps are the ideal solution for high temperature, ultra-pure recirculation and delivery applications. These Teflon® PTFE and PFA pumps are completely metal free and operate with a unique shuttle valve that eliminates the need for complicated detents and manual resets. They perform safely and reliably running continuously throughout their two-year warranty. They offer air supply pressures up to 5.5 Bar (80 psi) and operate in thermal cycling applications with fluid temperatures up to 145°C (293°F).

The pumps are available in three models, PSH030, PSH060 and PSH140, which are capable of maximum flow rates of 30, 60 and 140 lpm, respectively.

Configuration

Different Outlet Fittings

Configuration:

*Pump operation in timer mode requires end-of-stroke detection (pressure switch) to prevent over-stroking. Operating pumps in timer mode without end-of-stroke detection voids the pump warranty. Do not use fiber optic stroke detection in applications over 135°C.
*Pumps with SP2, SP3, or SP5 pressure switch stroke detection come without shuttle valve.
*Extended dry-run configuration requires flooded suction.
