PTFE Chemical Injection Control Valve

iPolymer PTFE Chemical Injection Control Valves offer precision performance under extreme conditions in an all-wetted PTFE design ideally suited for chemical wet process in water, wastewater, pharmaceutical, life science and general chemical handling applications. The PTFE construction guarantees best-in-class inert characteristics for high purity applications and exceptional chemical resistant behavior for corrosive applications.

With a wide range of options available, our iPolymer Chemical Injection Control Valve can solve the most challenging Chemical Dosing problem. Whether injecting Fluoride, Chlorine, Chlorine Dioxide, Ammonia, Sulfuric Acid, Nitric Acid, Peracetic Acid or any number of other process chemistries, our PTFE Chemical Injection Control Valve will self-regulate and control the dosing flow rate to gallons per hour (GPH) of injected chemistry.

iPolymer PTFE Chemical Injection Control Valve is factory configured with a PTFE Pressure Regulator allowing for a wide range of inlet source pressures from fixed Chemical Storage Tanks and Vessels. The days of manually adjusting over time for large inlet pressure variation are gone. The Control Valve design incorporates a quarter-turn tapered orifice which modulates the media flow up to a 10:1 ratio.

iPolymer Suckback Valves

Suck Back Valves

iPolymer Suckback Valves are ideal for acid, solvent, photoresist solutions and other process dispensed chemistries. The iPolymer Suckback Valve will pull a vacuum and prevent excessive dripping from the dispensing nozzle. The iPolymer Suckback Valve is constructed of an“all wetted” PTFE media flow path. Our 104168 Suckback Valve incorporates the suckback feature in a Normally Closed pneumatic valve. When air pressure is removed from the valve actuator, an internal diaphragm is pushed upward which forms a vacuum in the valve body. While the valve is closing, the vacuum sucks back the final droplets of process media. Thereafter, the valve completely closes and seals the media flow path. An additional unique feature of the 104168 Suckback Valve is a Vacuum Adjustment Knob which allows the user to set the vacuum level.

iPolymer Pressure Relief Valve (PRV)

PTFE Pressure Relief Valves

iPolymer Pressure Relief Valves (PRV) are constructed with a 100% pure PTFE Valve Body and Plug. The single O-Ring design allows user selection of EP, Viton or Kalrez depending on the flowing media. This Pressure Relief Valve is fully adjustable over its product range by simply adjusting the upper knob. Depending on the external environment, iPolymer offers three upper housing and lower base options: Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), Polypropylene (PP) or Anodized Aluminum (AA).
