White Knight’s recently released CPA Series pressure vessels offer high-purity chemical dispense with absolutely no pulsation. They provide laminar flow at the point of use and serve as holding or mixing tanks for high-purity chemicals. They feature chemically-resistant PTFE and PFA fluid paths for dispense and mixing applications.
They offer pressure capabilities up to 7 Bar (100 psi) and provide high flow rates to allow for faster processes. The pressure vessels are available in 3-inch or 4-inch diameters and in various connectable pipe lengths with configurable port connections.
Their extruded PFA bodies feature Tongue-and-Groove seals for quick setup and easy maintenance with no required welding. They have eight connection ports for monitoring, fill, and dispense, which allow for advanced customization, and their PTFE manifold ends can be designed with more ports or integrated valves. Fiber optic sensor ports for high- and low-liquid levels are standard. Mid-liquid level sensing adapters are also available.
