White Knight has released the PSB100 air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump as a direct retrofit replacement for other chemical delivery pumps. PSB100 AODD pumps feature PTFE and PFA fluid paths for high-purity chemical delivery, dispense and transfer applications.
PSB100 are capable of 95 lpm (25 gpm) flow rates and 5.5 Bar (80 psi) air pressures. They have no exposed metals to prevent corrosion and contamination. They offer leak-free check caps with tongue-&-groove seals, and they feature high-density PTFE, which prevents frequent tiebolt retorque. The high-quality machined design, unique sealing surfaces, and tight bolt configuration provide a leak-proof precision fit that ensures consistent, reliable performance and superior product containment for clean, safe operation. Internal, non-stall shuttle valve saves space and eliminates resets.
