iPolymer PTFE Suck Back Valves

PTFE Suck Back Valves

iPolymer PTFE Suck Back Valves are ideal for acid, solvent, photoresist solutions and other process dispensed chemistries. They pull a vacuum and prevent excessive dripping from the dispensing nozzle. iPolymer Suck Back Valves feature “all wetted” PTFE flow paths. The valves incorporate the Suck Back feature in a Normally Closed pneumatic valve. When air pressure is removed from the valve actuator, an internal diaphragm is pushed upward to create a vacuum within the valve body. While the valve is closing, the vacuum sucks back the final droplets of the fluid. Then, the valve closes completely and seals the media flow path. The valves also feature a Vacuum Adjustment Knob which allows the user to set the vacuum level.

iPolymer PTFE Check Valve CV-12N-12N

PTFE Check Valves

iPolymer Check Valve feature all PTFE wetted surfaces for excellent performance in all high purity applications. Our PTFE design resists chemical corrosion and other elements within a harsh process environments. iPolymer Check Valves are commonly found as backflow preventers in clean processes. They are a simple and ideal device where directional flow control is a must. Depending on the check valve size selected and cracking pressure, some external non-wetted components may include Polypropylene or PVDF. The special internal control spring for 3 psi to 6 psi (nominal 5 psi) cracking pressure is machined virgin PTFE. Whereas, for higher cracking pressures the spring construction is double PTFE Coated Stainless Steel precision ground. Please contact us with your special application requirements. Special PEEK, PVDF and Polypro configurations are available upon request

iPolymer PTFE Pressure Relief Valve

PTFE Pressure Relief Valves

iPolymer Pressure Relief Valves (PRV) are constructed with a 100% pure PTFE Valve Body and Plug. The single O-Ring design allows user selection of EP, Viton or Kalrez depending on the flowing media. This Pressure Relief Valve is fully adjustable over its product range by simply adjusting the upper knob. Depending on the external environment, iPolymer offers three upper housing and lower base options: Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), Polypropylene (PP) or Anodized Aluminum (AA).
