iPolymer Fittings
iPolymer offers an extensive line of PTFE fittings, including Flare, Compression, NPT, Flange, Barbed and more. All of our fittings are machined from 100% virgin PTFE. iPolymer’s PTFE Flare fittings feature Fit-Line Global™ PVDF Flare Nuts that can be used with Fit-Line’s TruFASTEN™ torque wrenches. In addition to our standard fitting line, iPolymer can custom manufacture fittings to your exact sizing and configuration requirements with an exceptionally quick turn-around time.

Materials of Construction
- Fittings and Ferrules are machined virgin PTFE
- Two-piece Ferrule-Gripper assemblies are PVDF
- “HA” style Nuts are molded PVDF
Pressure Ratings
- Temperatures at or below 22ºC (72ºF): 120 psi for 1/16” fittings linear decreasing to 80 psi for 3/4” fittings and 60 psi for fittings larger than 3/4”<//li>
- Temperatures elevated from 22ºC (72ºF) to 85ºC (185ºF): 90 psi for 1/16” fittings linear decreasing to 60 psi for 3/4” fittings and 40 psi for fittings larger than 3/4”
- Contact factory for temperature ratings above 85ºC / 185ºF
Pressure performance ratings are based on laboratory testing, industry standard material characteristics, and historical data. A combination of extreme temperature and pressure may affect these products. The user is responsible for verifying the suitability of these products for their application.

Unique Impact Ring Design
Fit-One fittings are great alternatives to conventional flared fittings. Their impact ring design allows for higher operating temperatures and creates more robust connections. The impact ring firmly grips the tubing and creates strong resistance to pulling forces. Once the fitting nut is screwed tightly, the union between the tubing and fitting body is virtually inseparable.
Optimal Torque Indicator
The Click-Gauge indicates the optimal fastening location, maximizing the performance of the fitting without damaging the connection. When the nut is tightened to the optimal location on the body, the gauge will notify the operator either through a vibration or sound.
